Upload available records such as the ESA, clinical assessments, CANS, treatment records, medication information, safety plans, and other relevant documentation.
Our team reviews the youth’s clinical needs, safety considerations, current level of care, family needs, and available records. Our team will reach out to step up an interview with the youth or advise that we can not meet their needs.
